  1. beckett -- performance but high electricity cost, mid range cost

    high end needlewheel (H&S, Deltec, aquamedic,ATI,euroreef)-- low maintainence, plug and play, high startup cost

    Aqua C( class of its own, spray injection system)-- High performance, low electricity cost, mid range cost

    low end needlewheel (Octopus, macro, dymax)-- good performance initially but tend to wear down after time, low cost

  2. hi bro, in my experience, digitatas tend to go well with lower light, however, i do notice the purple onces are really hard to keep, the green ones are much much easier and orange the easiest. try different flow and diffeent placement, and watch your water as well, those pesky algae love to grow on digis, my 2 cents haha

Hi all, this skimmer was custom made by weisoon, i bought from daimy068 and have used it for 2 months, now decomming tank so would like to put this up for sale, very beautiful skimmer made of clear acrylic. Powered by a brand new GEN X MAK 5 pump, md70. Confirm outperform any needlewheel skimmer. Pic borrowed from daimy068's old tank thread. Big BAd Beautiful!!!
