I am running the Aqua UV 25W 24/7.
Bought it in April 2020 to battle dinoflagellates but it didn't help, but I am sure it will help to manage ich in your tank.
I have 4 tangs and they are ich free, I do not have a quarantine tank.

Selling 100% guaranteed aiptasia busting Copperband Butterfly.
Bought at $45 from last owner, selling at $45.
Cleared previous owner's 3ft tank of aiptasia in 2 days, cleared my 4 ft tank in 1 week plus.
Tried to feed mysis but it's not eating so letting go to serve the next reefer plagued by aiptasia.
Have tried 10 plus pieces of Copperband but none did the job, finally found one so better keep this fella going...

I placed the torches on frag plugs on frag rack during treatment.. easy to take out for dips.
After 5th week, if consecutively 2 to 3 weeks no more flat worms seen during dip, you should be done.

I was having flatworm issue with my torch corals only.
I followed the recommendation to dip once a week for 8 weeks continuously and the problem went away.
Dipping once won't work as the eggs will not be affected. You need to break the life cycle of the flat worms.
