Kowloon has the best best food in HK!!
Temple Street has very nice small restaurants serving authentic Shrimp Dumpling noodles (FAT dumplings!), Porridge and roast meat joints! But beware, prostitutes hang around almost every street, hold on tight to wifey! 
i was nearly abducted by them (they pulled me lah), then i glared at them cos my gf was beside me... 
Smelly Toufu can get nice ones at Ladies Street (Add lots of chilli!). The night market there has lots of sinful food. Make sure you have strong stomach
Dim sum also can find at Kowloon, ask around with the locals, general rule is to eat where the normal local folks eat, cheap and good and mostly better than the expensive restaurants.
Dun eat expensive, walk and hunt down the best food stalls there in the streets, thats the best experience.
If you are tired of walking around, take your wifey to Lamma Island (Nan Ya Tau in chinese), go for a romantic stroll around the island and end up at a nice fishing village for seafood (quality and price dun expect too much), but its a nice experience. Take ferry from the ferry terminal there, can spend up to a day there.
They have Marche's up at Victoria Peak also, nice place to eat and spend a romantic night on top of the Peak!

Its a personal preference. I leave mine on all the time even when i flood my tank with food. Doesn't seem to make much of a difference to me, or maybe i am jus lazy...
some prefer to off when they dose phyto and during feeding time. -

No need 1 week plus lah, normally just mix your salt water and leave for 24 hrs will do. this will remove the chlorine content in your water, wat you gotta watch out for is chloramine which can be removed by using a water conditioner.

Heh, everything centred around Rooney's dive, but it seems no one say Man U also denied penalty when Ronaldo was blatantly tripped by Ashley Cole inside the box. That was so clear, but referee never see.
Lets jus say everything evens itself out. Honestly, rooney would have been tripped anyway the way campbell put out his leg. But tats not half as bad as pires sticking his leg out just to catch a defender so he can fall down. well, everyone has their own opinions lah... lets just say both teams aren't exactly Saints.

actually, I don't see what the hullabaloo over the diving thing is about. you see Robert Pires diving pretty often as well....I don't see any Arsenal fans making a cross-reference back to their own player.
I've seen the older ex-Arsenal players *Winterburn, Parlour, Dixon etc.* being physically rough like what Ruud did to Cole, but I don't see any Arsenal fans making a cross-reference back to them.

A picture will help, but brains are pretty hardy. Give it some tender care, feed it and in the proper conditions it will heal. Shouldn't be too big of a problem.
