Digital Video, Movie convertor

Hi,

I just got a DV and managed to download to my computer.

The software that comes with the DV recorder I got does not have the functionality to convert into dat format for me to watch on my VCD player.

Can members help me...what should I do.

I have Microsoft Movie maker but I can't save into MPEG or avi format

If I use other software like ULEAD and I saved it in MPEG format, what software should I used to convert the MPEG to watch on VCD player.

Any advice ?

What software you got along with your DV? Ulead software should have an option to burn your video in to VCD. Nowadays most of the softwares have this option. Alternatively you can try using Nero CD burning software.
