Spots on clownfish

Received a clownfish recently and it started developing some spots on the white area of the fish. Can someone help to identify what is it and how many i get rid of it?

My fish also have. Should be stings from corals they trying to host.

If you notice black dots on the fish that look like ich but black they’re probably parasitic turbellarian worms. Freshwater dip or Paraguard bath should get rid of them
