Corals not opening except Xenia

Hi , I am having Redsea reefer 250 with orphek Atlantic v4 . No corals are opening except Xenia and yumas; zoas opens half on the day which its added, but after a day, it closes completely and slowly dies. GSP too never open. Checked the water parameters, Kh and salinity falls in the normal range. But Nitrate and phosphate stand undetectable. Also cyano took over the tank. Now, I am adding plus NP everyday and can see the cyano slowly fading. Can anyone help me with this so that I can add more zoas in my tank. Thanks.
