which shops selling small marine stingray?

Hi, guys! Thking of keep a marine sting ray in a 3ft fishtank. Is it big enough? I am thking of getting a small one so it won't outgrow the tank. Any members with experience in keeping the fish? Also, are there any shops that sell marine stingray readily available? Thks!

From wad i read up. . stingrays need plenty of swimming space. . so try to leave the sand bed clear. Also, use grade 0 sand.

i kept twice blue spotted. this is what i noticed:

1) my first one- with grade 0 sandbed. live for about 4 months before die. notice the body bottom got red lining. possible death- infection due to scratching on sandbed

2) second ray-kept in BB tank. live for about 9 months before i gave it away.

ps: both kept in 3 ft tank. hand fed market prawn, live ghost shrimp. they tend to swim upward the tank. maybe indicating 3ft is not big enough for them.
