This is what I am able to observed.

The red sea:

1) The ###### fin and pectoral fin are blue (Black in indo).

2) The yellow stripes on the body are broader. Equal width with the blue stripes (Indo have narrower yellow stripes).

3) The snout is light blue (The snout is grey in the indo one).

4) The blue and yellow stripes on the body extend all the way to the blue stripe above the eye (the indo body stripes stop short, creating a yellow forhead).

5) The yellow seems to be more intense in the red sea one but that could be due to lighting.

There isn't any lighting at all, but for sure the Red sea emperor are more beautiful than the rest, however if put it in our tank, with the SG of 1.020-1.023 the colouration will fade off, the SG of Red sea is 1.025.

But among the most beautiful species is from Medan Indonesia.

Prices wise, talk about 3 emperor 8 inches

Red sea$ 300

Medan $ 80

Bali $ 45
