spawning Turbo snails

I returned home from Tokyo last night to find a very cloudy tank. On closer inspection, I noticed all 6 of my turbo snails where spawning, releasing eggs and sperm into the water.

Should I be worried about this? Is it i sign of (before the spawning) of bad water quality? or just a natural event?
