Is my ABT ok?

Hi everyone, hope to get some advice from u all on this...

My ABT has been with me for more than a month already...it's still in my qt n eating extremely well..

It recovered (I think) from previous black n white ich attack about 2 wks ago n there r no visible spots except 1 white spot/fungus on it's 'side' fin that doesn't seem to go away...

Now the prob is it's still 'scratching' the sand n breathing rapidly...

Is this a sign that all is not well despite the active swimming n constant looking for food?

The rest of the fish in my qt r breathing normally...

NO3 = 10ppm

NH4 = 0.25ppm

NO2 = 0ppm

I'm doing a hypo at 1.012 n dosing myxazin...

Is there anything else I need to do?

I'm v worried that my beloved ABT might not make it despite the active outlook...
