Needs some help on my PC. Any gurus here?

I'm running on windows XP.

Recently my quick launch cannot be minmized at the task bar, all the quick launck are showing. And when I minimize an open window, it does't go to the system tray but goes to the quick launch and can only be opened when i go to task manager to open the same window again?

Help pls.... :cry::(:cry2:
