The Foxface is a bright attractive addition to any peaceful community tank and are hardy fishes that do well in newly established aquariums. Generally peaceful to other non-rabbitfish tankmates, the juvenile Foxface prefers to school. As it reaches adulthood it prefers to be on it’s own and will fight other adult Foxface. Browses on algae in the tank including caulerpa, hair algae and is reported that they will occasionally nip at Large-Polyped Stony Corals, Zoanthids and some Soft Coral Polyps THIS FISH IS VENEMOUS. The pelvic, pectoral and dorsal fins of this fish can cause extreme pain. Severe reactions can occur if allergic. If stung soak injured area in hot water and seek medical attention.
Maximum Size: the Lo uspae grows up to 9 inches.
