Maximum Size: the Neocirrhites armatus grows up to 4 inches.

Minimum Tank Size: The Flame Hawkfish prefers a tank of at least 30 gallons with plenty of places to hide & swim.

Diet: The Neocirrhites armatus is a carnivore and likes to eat meaty treats (like feeder shrimp).

Level of Care: The Flame Hawkfish is a medium maintenance fish.

Behavior: The Flame Hawkfish may act aggressively toward other fish.

Hardiness: This is a hardy fish.
