Known to be one of the watchman family that will share it’s burrow with a pistol shrimp.

Maximum Size: the Cryptocentrus cinctus grows up to 3 inches.

Minimum Tank Size: The Yellow Watchman Goby prefers a tank of at least 20 gallons with plenty of places to hide & swim

Diet: The Cryptocentrus cinctus is a carnivore and likes to eat brine & mysid shrimp and other meaty treats (a few times/day).

Level of Care: The Yellow Watchman Goby is a low maintenance fish.

Behavior: The Yellow Watchman Goby may act semi-aggressively toward other fish.

Hardiness: This is a hardy fish.

Water Conditions: Keep water quality high (SG 1.020 – 1.025, pH 8.1 – 8.4, Temp. 72 – 78 F).
