Hello, first time seeing this and it's in a new tank with high temp.

Anyone encounter before?

The one beside snail? Try google snail egg casings for more info.

Seems like it's snail eggs.

It looks super disgusting like the snail suck all these tubes out from within the rock. Like squeezing stuff out from our skin pores that feeling.
