Raising cleaner shrimp larvae

Asking on behalf of a friend. Anyone has experience raising cs larvae? I told my fren to move them to a separate tank with big surface area and no aeration (making sure they are not overcrowded) and feed them phyto and change water ever 2-3 hours.......

Any more things that can be done? thanks.

just checked the web....seems like just hatched bbs can be used as well...dun think my fren can hatch bbs in time...recommended him to try cyclops..should be feasible?

Wrong feed. Do a internet literature search.

go down to pet mart and buy live bbs, they got sell

cyclops are too big. BBS are not nutritious enough. You will need stuff them full of nutrients before feeding to your larvae.

Hi Fuel,

u can feed them with newly hatched artemia enrich with selcon. Other than that, u can also use rotifer which u can easily obtain from watercircle & I bet u know the place.

Do note to put an airline to provide gentle flow & oxygen. Regular water changes is also needed.

Oh well...no need to bother liao..my fren used them as zooplankton.
