Hi all Im looking to sell my est 16" RTG (Ley Choon Gold) (HB) and also 5 red bellied pacus tankmates (4-5 inches). I also have europet sand, DWs, 5 ft aqua zonic LED miracle light (Gold). I am looking at setting up FOWLR and is looking for the below a) a good protein skimmer that ican be cater for my tank 5ft by 2.5ft x 2.5ft. Live rocks c) equipments such as hydro meter, etc etc.. hi bro I believe you can do so by 1) partial water change if you found you had overdose 2) connect a tube/pipe from the skimmer cap into a big 1.5 litre bottle, the collection will be more and frequency of emptying the cap becomes lesser. But seriously, every 10 mins is no joke. 1 hr you have to empty 6 times. One day, you have to empty 144 times. I think the amount of water you require to wash the cap, is more than the amount you do WC. just some opinions of mine. Gd luck.

Hi, i have a fish for FOC. I do not know the name. it's half brown, half creamy. Looks like a hawk fish, yet look like a wrasse. Clearing it in order to reduce bioload and going into solely angels. When i got it 6 mths back, its left with no tail and half a fin, 30% dying. after caring for it, finally now a healthy yet greedy fellow. I got it chep, but i think the amount of care i given it, is no measurable. So FOC to any bro here who can take good care of it...

Anyway, bro comycus and bro MAG, thanks.. yr advised website (melev's reef) and recommended example(southpaw23) i have went thru last week... did a search for sumps and construction.spend nights reading thru but of coz... cannot swallow everything... but i believed certain impt info... are not in.. like..the ht of the partitions and also if the chiller pump can go back to the same compartment.... etc etc..nevertheless, i may have missed it.. wnt hurt to do another reading.. i go read uponce again. kum sia many many bros... Oh...kaess.. thanks a lot bros for yr valuable advise... will try to absorb them i my mind... so far... my tank quite stable already...just put in a small 6 bar angel.. happily eating.... my next plan...is to order the sump... already found a glass maker,,, was quoted 85 for a 18 inch sump...but i got to confirm the ht of the partitions as the glass maker say is impt.. bro solo77 mayb i drop by one of this days to see yr sump? dun wan tohurry and end up, getting some design that is wrong and got no more $ to do another... save money..impt in this hobby...
