    hee hee hee sorry guys:)
  2. Broke the rule...haaahaahaaaa...just added a yellow tang and adopted a tomato clown. Still monitoring and will post some pics soon.
  3. The upper jaw i cannot contract. Hmmmmmm...read from reefcentral that it should be okay in a couple of days time...i'll just have to wait and see then.
  4. I have no idea man! Just hoping someone here can help:(
  5. Hi reefers, one of my volitan has gotten "lockjaw" if i termed that correctly. Its upper jaw seems unable to retract and thus unable to feed! Anyone can help me with this? Thanks.
  6. yeah bro, haaahaahaaaa come to think of it.
  7. Hey, that sounds like a damn good idea but i'm not too sure. I think there will be much logistics to settle when i come back tomorrow from the trip. Hmmmm we'll see:)
  8. hi, bro volitan is correct. Its really hard when you wana add more fishes to the tank knowing that they will eventually end up as food for the lions:) But hey, the good news is, you will only need some lions and nothing else to beautify that tank. Opps, i think other reefers will kill me if i go on haahaahaaa
  9. Hey bro, it's hard work man, i use a pippette (if i spelled it correctly) with a connecting tube hose to reach it, has been good for awhile now and i actually got another sun coral that is also doing fine. It's just hard work i guess and pretty much messy at times:)
  10. Hey bro, your angler looks AWESOME!!! geee turning from blood red to wart skin! unbelievable!! Good on you man! And the better news is, i feeds on lance fish!!! yayyyyyyyyyyy!!!!
  11. Hey bro, haahaaahaaaaa i guess i'm coming home tomorrow:( currently in Aussieland heeheee. I've done what i came here to do and that was sweet. So i reckon no need for the keys now haaahaaahaaaa.
  12. Lions are generally hardy to a certain extent. Antennata is pretty alright i guess, i dun really have much experience with them although i sold away one recently. The one that i previously got was fine and healthy living in the tank. It just needed alot of space to hide, very shy fish i suppose.
  13. Hey bro, writing this from kiwiland heeheeheee. Life's too good here that i dun wana come home. Well...yeah, will let you guys know when i come back which i certainly hope not haaaahaaaahaaaa. This home here is wicked man!
  14. You are most welcome:) I think we should all go for a lion hunt one day. I did that with petoris volitans once and it was great, what d ya say guys? I will be leaving town tonight and will only be back on the 12th, so if u guys decided on something, do wait for me!
  15. They are like luohan and will never stop feeding. Feed until you see the bulge in their tummy and stop feeding for the next two to three days. They have slow digestive system and overfeeding often kills them. I feed mine once every three days.
  16. thatwasniceeeeeee, i say forget it! Your tank is way too small i think. Have mercy on them:) Just take good care of your lions.
  17. Bro blurkok, welcome to the lions pit:)
  18. Hey bro, no problem lah. This thread is for the benefit of everyone who luvs lions mah:)
  19. Hey bro, the lance fish from RB is the frozen type. My lions luv it and i'm sure your angler will too. The angler used to feed on market prawns, u can do that:) Bet it must be a big bugger by now yeah?
  20. Feeding them with guppy is not the best option. Try to wean them to frozen food like i told you. You can try out lance fish from reb@#n. I fed mine with lance fish, sotong, market prawns and shell meat. Once in awhile i do put in some mollies just to keep their predatory instinct alive. Volitans are easier to wean than the rest of the lion species.
  21. Can someone help id this guy? Looks like a slug to me and hardly appear unless the lights are turned off. Is this reef safe?
  22. Beware of the heavy biolaod man and power blues are itch magnets. I once introduce a purple tang that spreads whitespots to all my lions:( so i took care of it eventually:)
