Maybe you would like to share your water parameters. Add UV light to your tank system or Keeping your tank fish less for 3weeks to kill the ich parasite as they have no host to leech on. Properly acclimatizing play an important role. New environment cause stress to fishes, better aclimatizing minimize it. Garlic feed boost your fishes immune system also. Read more about feed from Dr evil, Henry, etc...

Some tonga branch and small rocks, good for small tank. Soak in bleach to kill everything, sun for 3 days before use. Have around 5-6 pcs.
