    • Our products

Our LPS GroFormula and SPS GroFormula. Both are Clean high protein- 60% , low ash content - 6% and made from 100% zooplankton – no fillers, no binders, no BS.They have been designed to mimic the natural state of foods that corals and fish alike feed on in reefs. Direct feeding and water column feeding were both tested by our Marine Biologists and showed equally great results. Water chemistry is one of the most important aspects to reef keeping and at Barrier Reef Labs is our main priority. The LPS GroFromula was first released. It is a micro-pearl that is coasted in extract. the extract is a carbohydrate that instantly breaks down into amino acids telling the coral it is feeding time. This feeding response is then followed up with the food. It is easy to digest but will not breakdown like powdered foods in the tank. this means a reefer can feed their corals and remove any excess through filtration without increasing the suspended nutrient in the tank. Our excess is safely caught in the filter sock and can be removed before the chain reaction of breakdown and chemistry spikes happen.

The SPS GroFormula is the same genetic makeup including the extract. The size of the product is finer and smaller to be easily consumed by SPS corals. Both are 100% reef safe.
