The chiller is $2000 and total contract sum close to $20000 without fishes.I am also signing up the maintenance contracts for 1 year.

It does have "wind blowing" sound when kick in. But its acceptable. Steve suggested to me reefcool outdoor condenser unit which I thought will be total silent and energy saving but my wife didnt like the piping work.

I will post more pic next week. The skimmer will be in by then. Its a powerful needle wheel skimmer. Its Skimz sidea M200 with AquaBee german 5000 original pinwheel.

Yes exhaust fan will be in, you are sharp. I didn't want any unwanted element overthrown from 2nd story so requested for a covered top. Steve suggested some vent hole and exhaust fans too. I made the choice of the cabinet colour, I am glad you like it.

I am using live argonite sand from us (nature's ocean)and was told to cycle about 2 weeks - 1 month. Any second optional?cant wait to put fishes.

I don't think 1/3hp chiller OVERKILLS. Chiller will kick off when reached desired temperture and since shorter running period it should saves electricity.

Saw shop feeding it to their angels fish. They all eat like crazy. The food is protected with gel for locking the vitamin. Must smash them first before puting in the tank I think.
