have tested my water perimeters after seeing corals not really opening up fully. need some advise if this is ok? PH: 7.8 (trying to bring it up to 8.1) Calcium: 360 (have added calcium to bring it to 400) Ammonia: 0.5 KH: 8 tempt:26 degrees Celsius Tank is 1.5ft length using a external canister filter to chiller then back to tank, have added the smallest size Boyu wave maker to create some additonal current Currently have Anemone, Hammer, elegance and Jewel. daily feeding with marine snow solution, but understand from a LFS that better to switch to zooplex solution

hi all, can i check why is this brown particles starting to grow in my tank, on the sand bed and also some on the live rock.

I just installed chiller plus new external canister filter. But how cm the corals started closing now. Need some advise pls Water temperature now reduced to 26 from original 28.

Any recommendations for a cheap chiller? By the way understand that chiller has different specs for different size tank. As I am considering to chane to a bigger tank in future, is it possible to buy a bigger spec chiller to use for my small tank now and no new to change chiller after tank change?

How long does this coral normally takes to open after placing in tank as I bought 1 n placed it in tank for a few hours with lights on but still not opening.

Hi all, I have set up a new tank about a month ago. Small tank about 1.5 feet in length only. Now keeping anemones, clownfish and got a hammer coral and elegance coral. Would like to have your advise if it is advisable to install a chiller to bring down the temperature. Now currently using fan and temp is about 27.8 degrees. Hope to have your kind advise. Thanks
