how old is your chiller? is the air coming out of the back hot when it is running? if not hot=gas leak. even if top up will leak again. very hard to pinpoint leak in most cases and very costly. Some cases the fan spoilt, but did not realise. by the time find out water is warm, the mechanics are fried..
