hardcore photography is another hobby that requires a very deep pocket. So think abt it first.
Of cos', you can build up slowly. It can range from startup cost of $1000 - $3000. Depending on whether you want to go digital or film.
Then there are the lens. Depdning on what you shootin, you will need to buy lens. The lens that comes with it normally a 28-80/90 can't really make it. I call it the party lens.
Then there are prime and zoom lens. Prime lens cost much more. There are 3rd party lens other than OEM C o N. Thosee are pretty resaonable price, but you pay peanuts you get monkeys.
You will need a good tripod, a light carbon fibre one can cost you abt $800-$1000. The exclude the ballhead which cost another $800.
Not forgetting the various bags, films, memory cards, batteries etc.
Film based camera, you will need to spend money on negatives or slides and processing. Slides processing is cheaper compared to negatives whereby you have to pay for the papers, unless u scan them using a film scanner.
Digital ones, you will have to get memory card and extra batteries.
Tho' both C and N built their lens interchangeable with film and digital SLRs. Some lens are built specifically for digital. Eg the 16mm wide angle is built for digital because of the 1.6x multiplier effect of the sensor. Which doesn't provide the desired wide angle.
Then there are features of more expensive lens. like the IS and VR features.
I could go on and on. Bottom line. Think first. You are getting yourself into another bottomless pit.
It doesn't end in just getting a body and lens and buying some films or memory cards. Thats only the beginning.

Most dive operator would insist you attned at least a scuba review before going with a dive with them. Why don't you give them a call and find out.

I saw in Amazon.com. They are already selling extended edition for both Fellowship and 2 Towers. At a reasonable price of US54 for both.
Waiting to see what price can we get it locally....
Or maybe should wait for the full trilogy to be available.

Tried the BARE Velocity... like the adjustable collar but unfortunately, too big around the chest and waist, I will be sloshing water... sigh!
Looks like I have to customise. Damn... another expensive hobby.... diving!

I checked the sentosa website, it says cost $130 for both. Abt 30mins each. Fee include entry to underwater world.
Not sure about equipment tho.
Anyone done that? wanna share your experience ?

fussy eater ? dun thikn so.... it eats almost everything... of cos u have to get a healthy and feeding specimen in the first place.

jaz went to sea LIf* lots of small powder blue and brown tang and got a few fire clowns very nice colouration but advice not to buy the PBT first coz not stable got a few coral beauty but i guess the main attraction should be the PBT coz its small and the colour is very beautiful

i use salt. As what fishnchips mentioned. Rub it on raw. Guaranteed cure in a few days.
At the same time eat laksa, tong yam, balachan.

erm... my bicolor lives peacefully with the royal gramma. Each have their own territory and never bother each other.
Think the key is whether your tank is big enough for them to coexist.

well, such things are quite real. I have seen other forums whereby a forumer is demanding a public apology from an apparent defamation act, else he/she's going to sue for a $20000 damage. looks serious. think the debate still going on....

Have you guys ever been in a situation where your gf/female friend/wife/mistress/trans asked you to go shopping with them and asked you to help them choose between 2 equally rock solid pairs of sandals which look better put to smacking the dog's backside when he misbehaves than on her feet? I mean its amazing how girls spend so much money on a glorified piece of wood?? there's like NO cushion for the soles, plus whatever colourful design is usually on the top surface of the sandal itself where the foot normally steps on and covers up totally anyway, so what's the point of choosing diff designs??
Not to be MCP here but maybe that's why one of the biggest chains is C&K where the designers are male, they must be laughing their ###### off to the bank every month thinking hey what new pieces of wood shall we slap together to put on the shelves next week? I mean how come no girl ever buys sandals thinking " Are these first of all comfortable to wear?"

well, just point to anyone and they will make the decision themselves. They have already make the decision which one they want to buy, just want a second opinion.

we got coral farm, lck110, ML and Teo aquatic for those freshwater tank people.
and many other fish farms, goat farm frog farm and bird farm.
And some very nice nature area for feeding mosquitoes.
We also have the wetland reserves.
See, we got more thing
