I just order this from online which you need to do some DIY.
Forgot to mentioned, this is running on 24Vdc

Router cut is for preparing the edges before annealing. If u use just a normal saw cut edge for annealing.. It will create a whitish joint with bubbles.. It will not be strong and this is especially important since u r making a big tank
I'll polish the cutted side before joint them...
Still in the planning phase as I'm also working on the sump tank design...
Not to mentioned on the piping flow planning..

I'm not using router for the cutting.
Using 8 inch saw mill for cutting.
As for the top panel opening, that will be using router.

FTS 12.24.14 Front
A little unorganized now but I'll be moving things around depending on the growth rate of the corals. Had to get rid of a lot of big colonies I had and just kept mostly frags to populate this tank. I real want to see it grow out especially the strip of Zoa Island in the front. The right tall pillar will eventually be stocked with pointy SPS and it'll look like a Spike Club.

Yup, your post is good...
