Hi arcanehacker, is just a square hollow box that float on water surface. just place fish food in the center and surface food will not flow back to the filter and remain in the hollow box.

I have just got the feeding station thing from Octopus Bay & also saw similar think @ Kallang Way LFS then the food will not flow back to your over flow... is very useful.

Cant be that expensive lar... i just bought my ATMAN MH light ONLY $6** 3ft 2 x 150W and 4 x PL light (for my 4ft setup) if use 2 x 3ft only $12** U might have make mistake on the price.
