The population will increase within 2 – 3 weeks.
They are capable of producing cysts when water condition deteriorates. The cysts can be stored for later use. You may use them to seed your refugium or feed fish such as corals, mandarin gobies, green chromis, striped pipefish, dottybacks , scooter blennies and some seahorses. Copepoda feed on microalgae, macroalgae and fish detritus. Feeding processed food generally is sufficed as they have necessary desaturase and elongase enzymes necessary for bioconversion of short chain n-3 fatty acids to EPA, DHA and ARA
Self collect at Redhill MRT or Delta Swimming Pool (ample parking lots)
