  1. Nice & healthy tank. How often do you do water change?
  2. An uncle at the LFS gave me a sea urchin today. Is it reef safe or it may sting my corals? Tks for advices.
  3. it gives me a headache. Still prefer the old colours. It helps having those new threads on the right hand side of the page which you can just click and read. Cheers.
  4. I'm so, so, sad. All my other clams are doing fine. I think I should take it out and do a proper burial before it poison others in the tank.
  5. This picture was taken on 4 April 04 and it definitely looked healthy then.
  6. It happened just yesterday. I had this clam for almost 4 months and has been healthy. Not sure what happened? Tks for experts to advise. I feed it with DT every alternate days.
  7. Is it because of water condition or any particular reason for white band disease to appear?
  8. I would like to have advise on what is this white band disease that will kill your acro. You will find that your acro turned all white. Does this mean that acro has passed away or can still be saved? Tks for feedback and advice. Cheers
  9. Not too sure what's happening but my coco worm was spawning (gives out smoke looking stuff) which lasted for 3 to 4 mins. Can see from picture of the blurr image surrounding the area of the opening of the tube. My camera ran out of power and was delayed so didn't manage to catch a good picture of spawning. Thanks for letting me know what actually happened.
  10. If Sunnymau changes his mind, I'm interested. Tks.
  11. Has anyone use this salt called "Marine Environment" before? Thanks for your feedback.
  12. try looking up the website : www/yourdictionary.com hope this helps. Cheers.
  13. I would like to start keeping acros. What type of glue do I need to purchase and where do I glue them ie. on the LR ? Tks for advise.
  14. Mr Naso has been with me for 1 month already. He was hiding the first 2 days among the LR. On the 3rd day, he must be really hungry and started to eat during feeding. Now, he is very brave and will rush for the food with my other fishes. Yes, he gets white dots all over his body when he is scared, especially when I do water change or put my hand into the tank to shift some of the out-of-place corals. The white spots lasted for a few hours and once Mr Naso starts eating, his spots disappear. He is easier to keep than the blue tang who is more sensitive to white spots which will last many days. I'm not worried as long as they eat. But, if they start to hide themselves and not feed, then they are really sick.
  15. PMed U already for interest in corals.
  16. Hi, It is an Orange Sea Star. Cheers.
  17. Should 1st & 2nd interested parties give up the maxima, I'm interested. PMed you already. Cheers.
  18. Thanks Micheal. This is indeed a very good suggestion.
  19. the pumping zenia has been with me close to 5 months already. somehow, I feel the tank lacks colour. I have too much of brown stuff. Probably will save money to buy more clams. Any good recommendations for LFS to get clams?
  20. Tks Bubble Gum. He is very cute indeed but rather sensitive to white spots, especially when I do water change, you can see that he will hide himself and the next time you see him, he has spots all over his body. I am not worried as he still feeds a lot, especially chopped prawns. But he will spit out all the garlic - Smart Tang ! Happy to receive more comments on my tank. I feel that it is missing colour. Any suggestions from fellow reefers are most welcome.
  21. Front View of my tank. Do feel free to comment.
