Hmm I'm not too sure, I've only bought a few corals and 1 fish from them. I feel their coral prices are ok compared to another shop that I've bought before. Of course comparing to the bigger aquariums they might be more pricey but I guess they need to cover their rent and survive.
I don't mind the prices if it helps all these small aquarium survive and maintain to keep it open. Marine Life aquarium was a shop I frequently went to and Henry was a very nice person. Living in Jurong is troublesome to get to most of the reef aquariums actually. Hopefully someone will open a shop in the west soon!
Anyway can't wait to see your new tank in action jack!
yeah really struggling to find a good and reputable LFS in the west area.. Thanks for your support!! You're little tank is my inspo!!!
cheers bro, all the best and happy reefing

okay thankyou, been there multiple times, feel like quite pricey and everytime the shop owners give me different prices.. how to you rate seaview?

Testing for leakage, but also testing the light and sw-4 at the same time :)))
also was surveying tank and found a fairly large crack in the outlet connection, a bit disappointing but not a huge blow.. Sent edmund a quick msg seeing if theres something to do about it, but not too much of a worry..
Will be picking up NSW tmr, Very excited :))

Bro ur SW4 aka RW4?
RW4 n SW2 lowest flow rate is the same at 500lph..the diff btw both are RW4 highest speed is 4000lph vs SW2 2500lph n SW2 shorter by 1cm..
Both r too strong for 10g i find..
Ok bro good luck yea..the chances shd b quite slim though esp if fine sand..
lol will have to see, may cause tornado in my tank
-
yes planning on adding 5 lb of sand.. thing is sw-2 and sw-4 lowest flow rate is still the same of 500lph... Will test and experiment, but I hope it won't blow the sand around..

A reefer trim the blade of his rw-4 (lowest speed same at 500lph) in his 10g tank..this allow to have slower flow yea..

picked up some goodies from East ocean today for the tank arriving tomorrow. Guy at east ocean was super generous and friendly, certainly suggest you go there.. Only had the sw-4 in stock, quite overpowered but will run it on the lowest mode, overall very impressed with the small profile size of the sw-4

Put in NSW and bought a little filefish for 8$ from sealife to help kickstart cycling process. All seemed well until he suddenly disappeared.. I checked all the surrounding floor but the chances are very slim he could have slipped through the little gap between the lid and the glass, strange.... any ideas? rock work is quite simple, lifted up the top rock but nothing... So so weird....
thanks
