I am using tap water age for 3-4 days in my tank for 4mos+ now, and i dont complain for the algae yet, i saw white, purple algae but no green hairy algae... yet as of the moment.... and I dont have bio pellet, my nitrate is around 5+ (orange in color).... but not sure also later if algae attack

my nitrate is ~40 for 3mos until i increase biopellet dosage, that time my alveo rip, then now is zero, but some of my zoas is not fully opening now, and my octo tentacles shrink by half, i think zero nitrate also not good to some corals

yes I put foam/wool below, but there are escapees on sides.. its 1mo now but have not remove the foam yet... did they say must take out after brak in?
I think dry can but have not tried yet, any difference if dry or wet? I feel dry is more hard to clean?

I am using it. A lot of micro-bubbles. Its been annoying for me because it was placed inside my nano tank.

I am feeding mix formula1 pellet + some other pellet in sachet form forgot the name + chopped sea weed. sometimes I dip im garlic guard very quick. because when I try to soak like 1mins and the pellets become so soft that looks like melt... thanks dunkoboys and aldrich for the info... looks like the pellet is expected melt

the pellet will melt if you soak in garlic guard, unless you mean is to "dip"?
