a very good idea for all new and upcoming moms and pops.
i did the same thing in 1987 for my daughter. however only cut out some relevant pages like the headlines, world news, stock market, sports, and prices at the supermarket.
sealed it up in an envelope.
will give it to my daughter when i become a grandpa.
how's that for planning ??

I have a sally lightfoot for may be three months. very active and hard working creature.
Then one morning, saw him dead at one corner of the live rock. Next two days, the various parts of the body started to disintegrate. Very sad indeed.
This morning, saw a much larger sally lightfoot. At least 25% larger than the previous one.
Then it occured to me .... the creature just went through a molting process. It looks like a tarantula with much elongated legs and a bigger body.
i am sure some of you have these experiences. please share.
now my concern is since it is larger, will it hard my other fishes ?

Wanna throw Aquaz T5HO tubes, some are new and some used.
Don't know whether are they made in German as claimed.
Have tried couple of them and find that they don't last and the colour fades after a while.
Here they are:
2 x 54W 20 K (New)
1 x 54W Actinic (New)
1 x 24W Sun Pro (New)
2 X 39W Actinic (Used)
Any reefer wanna have them pls PM me for self collection. I'll get back to you asap.
Btw, You'll have to take them all and students have priority.

Agree with cityofangels....but maybe u can state ur warranty period cos really not wanting to spoil ur sales....lfs are selling 1 year warranty at $4XX only...
i agree totally - price is $4xx - i know, bcoz i bought a new unit last week.
sorri, don't mean to spoil your thread, but thot it in your best interest to ask for reasonable price.

I am using Starhub MaxOnline 6500
Operating system is Windows XP Home Edition.
Keep getting an error message when surfing. Message reads as:
"Windows - System Error
There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network."
Would appreciate if someone can help to resolve.

Hi,
Just got a Seio 620, but its occasionally blowing out small air bubbles.
It is placed about 2 inch below water surface.
Any idea how to get rid of the air bubbles?
Also notice that there is 1 small blue air flow control knob.
What does it do?
Do I tighten it all the way or loosen the knob?
(The manual provided doesn’t seem very useful
)Please help.

i am using two M620.
can i assume you are talking about millions of bubbles being blown out over a few seconds, then everything is back to normal.
if that is the case, it is because your M620 is placed too near the water surface. the suction of the pump causes a vortex to be formed (like an inverted tornado) and air got sucked in. out comes millions of bubbles.
so, suggest you lower the pump further down the water level.
the blue knob is to control the volume of water flow. by turning clockwise, it closes the intake hole, hence less water intake.

Where is the preferred place to park your car when you visit Reborn? I always park along the main road, but I am worried I end up kenna summon. Add to the already high cost of reefing..... circle a few times, but dunno where to park.
quite a number of car park spaces behind reborn.
to be quite precise, its at beatty road.
when turning from lavendar street (or straight from bendemeer road) into jalan besar, keep right and turn at the first entrace on the right. this will lead you into the car park. coupon parking, and free parking after 5.00 pm.

i have now realized that i indeed have two T5s alongside my MH.
since the tube blew, so the best for me now is to buy two new actinic blue tube.

lighting 2 x 14000K DE 150W MH
with two "blue" light tube, one of which is not working.
don't even know if blue tube is FL, PL or T5.
as keeping only bubbles, mushrooms and leather, perhaps MH is an overkill ?
for pleasant viewing, i really like the actinic blue.
i think its called T5 ?
so, i am confused if i should change my lightings.
please let me have your comments, suggestions or recommendations.

chiller CL450 stopped working 30 Sept 2005, having served well for about one and half year. however still has electrical power and the LED still lighted. physical condition very good.
as i have no technical/electrical knowledge, suspect could be compressor or fan. sorry, don't know what i am talking about here.
anyway, if anyone interested, and if you feel its worth something, let me know. thanks.
