The wifi and the ablity to control different color channel is a +++ for me for my point of view of the prime. Does wattage makes a difference?

Anyone have opinions on this 2 lightings? Price differences is about $20-$30. AI Prime ($380 with tank mount kit) Maxspect Razor 70w ($410) This 2 lighting are very different lightings.
