I used it on my tank and it works, but at the same time I also introduced UV and Garlic Oil soaked food. So exactly which one works remain untold. I suggest you use Polyplabs Medic in combination of other approaches too, by itself I don't think it is a magical potion for Ich . Take note of the timing needed to use it, and also the dosage x3 when heavily infestation happened. But one thing very sure is that it is reef safe to use it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
