Ash, the gravel consists of a mixture of 40% course sand (approx size 2-3mm) and 60% coral chips/crushed coral (5-10mm). Just a thin layer for aesthetics. Sand for the wrasses.

    Ok. got it.

Chiller will be sitting inside the cabinet and glass door copied from a few reefer's design to house controllers for easy access and aesthetic purpose.

Can pm me the price and who the tank maker?

Let there be light! Two AI Hydra 52HDs and a single OR2 60 Blue Plus provide ample illumination for the corals in the 650mm x 650mm x 500mm glass box.

Cut off some glass panel and removed my Clarisea SK-5000. The reason for doing this type is because of inspiration from nature reef. More live rocks will help me maintain my tank’s NO3 low but negative side is that some dirt will trap in between of the rocks so I planning to place a small wavemaker at the red circle to provide more flow.

My red arrow is UV output.

Dump some coral chips in this compartment to maintain PH abit.

The Bacto Reef Balls go in here, in the first sump compartment. They are replaced every two weeks. Helps to control nutrient levels and keep nitrates and phosphates in check.

    Cant really see it though.

Yea the blocks are brittle. crumble when i move them.  Haha i guess ur medias are quite sufficient alr. Nv personally tried out too much medias so i try to stick to one . Maxspect has new models tho but looks somewhat like the marine pure slabs. Does ur filter sock clog often?

    How effective is Bacteria king?

Yes my Filter sock i change it every week I find it more economical as compare to those overrated Auto fleece. Which need power supply to rotate it.

Beginning of the year. Not rlly clean but more like shake them up in a tub during water change and detritus falls off. Thats about it. I try to do that every few months if i notice alot of build up. Else I’ll just siphon detritus from the sump.
Does your media erode and produce black powdering detritus?

I have two big block of marine pure which is at the back of the first compartment. I can't really see it and it very brittle so i don't move it what I do most of the time is to change the filter socks.

    2nd compartment is Skimmer.

3rd compartment consists of 500grams Biohome, 6 Marine Pure cubes and 500grams Corals chips. I just suck dirt that about if the build up is too much. (What other  medias should i try out?)

4th compartment consists of Carbon and Phosphate minus in a small media bag return pumps that about it.
