i'l see how much space i have left after squeezing the equipments and chiller coil into the 3rd compartment, if space allows 2nd compartment will be the refugium for growing chaeto only

lol nvm thought of foam, wouldnt it float?, actually not so patient, i squeeze both tubes of epoxy on the sheet and apply kaya (epoxy) on however much i can cover then pour peanuts (coral chips) and spread evenly

How strong is the coral chip glued? Good idea! At least any rocks drop is not going to have impact to your tank,
i duno yet, i just apply the epoxy and spread the chips over, those that has big surface coated by the epoxy will stick on very strongly, anyway i will cook these 3 sheets in di water for awhile 1st while the tank is cycling to get rid of any possible leeching, just in case

after speaking to bros mengnan_neo and mini reefer , i decided to go bare bottom but yet i hated the glass look, so decided to glue coral chips onto white acrylic boards to be used as "sandbed"
went to buy acrylic sheets , coral chips and epoxy
1 sheet done, 3 more to go , by the way epoxy putty fail in this attempt, using normal 2 part epoxy is so much easier

Going to have mini heli in the tank too?
car not much already , no events so now become just a transportation, good idea, fly the heli on top of the tank then no need to buy chiller

no lar, just that i want my tank to be pest free, no idoitic nudis that wipe out all my precious zoas or any parasite that cause nice fishies to die mysteriously, and my tank is gonna be tough to catch fishes since i epoxied the rocks together, both QTs will be using water from the main tank when i do water change so not much of an issue there, just a few more plugs
