Hi all, saw alot of threads saying to bring nitrite down to zero or rather undectable... How to go about doing it? I know so far that filter systems can turn ammonia and nitrate into nitrite, so there's still nitrite? How do explain yellowing water? I do water changes 40% to 50% weekly. What could be wrong? I have sky high ammonia and nitrite. I have 2 common clowns and a couple of corals.

i am already tired of salt accumulated at the base of the LH filter. thinking getting a ehiem external filter and a blue lamp.... i think there goes my ang bao $$ Btw going KL get equipment cheaper than s'pore or maybe bangkok?

due to aggressive nature i banish it in a hatchery but now given away to the LCK 110 uncle liao... lessen my bio load by a little bit hehe by the way the torch i have open up fully during the day and under alot of light leh...how come it needs low light leh... plse explain and also sun coral dun like strong lights izit? which coral??? cannot prevent it? water parameters ok leh check no2 safe ammonia safe kh 7 ph 8.3 the top filter got bioballs and activated copper wif polyfilters tank bot at marine LFS they said can rear marine fish that was before i knoe this site ok

My two clowns (given by my inexperienced fren) infected with white spots or ich (i dunno) I think the shop LS not that good. I isolate them in quarantine tank and feed pure garlic juice with mysis shrimp... 2 a day and then the next day illness gone liao I then trf them to the main tank and they seems so happy now? thanks for the tips here

Bot a mandarin to eat the bast**d and seems my tank is normal again... bad news is my mandarin vanish into thin air Dunno the sebae anemone got eat it or not? any one can deduce an explaination for the mandarin's disappearance?

Aiyoh So horri... the pod that i describe not this one lah Its flat the pic you show is so fleshy. When i crush its like nut shell cracking sound and got blood. today saw a smaller one on my other clown... the earlier clown died this morning... dunno izzit becoz of the sucker. then for my still alive clown, I isolate and got the sucker out but the clown like sei sei leh cannot balance properly and looks dizzy like that stay close to the filter inlet why??? why??? tel me why??

Now that I went to try hatching BS. Ok they hatched but tiny what can I feed them with? How long I need to feed until they are big enuf to eat HAhaa Tiny hatchlings are beige color rite?? then how long turn into red huh??
