    Thanks Bro, will try to get magnesium test kit, dont have one now.

    However, just got Sera Ca test kit, it read 460 but my new salifert show

    only 320 but old salifert almost 400( finish tolast drop).

    Is there any defect case on salifert test kit?

    Should I use epsom salt to increase and how is the dorsing? :thanks:

    Thanks Bro,

    Let me check the effluent tonite(it slow flow like almost dripping), but for the Co2 1 second per bubble.

    The media is about 3/4 of the chamber and 3/4 in secondary chamber and about 2 weeks.

    Ph last check is also dropping from 8.5 to 8.1.

    I spent $ 120 for the carton, dont think need to change if not necessary.

    Any fine tuning I need to do? :thanks:

    Well, I have sohal tang, 2 BT, bicolor angle, fairy wrasse, six line wrasse

    bicolor goby, dotty back, 2 false clown and pair of bartlett in my 4'x2'x2'

    with mixed reef of softies and sps.

    This is the pix where you can see the white patches on the glass wall. I will try to scoop some and takes pix tonite. Reefer Guy tell me to discard it but looks like it keep my glass clean. My only worries that it getting more and more, scared it will have side effect on my SPS.

    To play save should I kill it? :evil:

    Hi fellow reefers,

    Last nite 3 hours after light off, I discover hundreds of small slugs and snail on the glass of my 4ft tank. Make me worried that 1 small snail which look like garden snail on my orange monti cap and I check the monti today and look fine.

    Is the snail and slug harmless? Try to take pics but no light so all the pics look bad.

    Hi Reefer guy, so sorry, when you call me last nite , I immeadiately check my half of the porities plate with magnifying glass........ but cannot find any. :erm:

    I recall when I first put in, my sixline and fairywrasse inspect it, maybe they see what we did not. :pinch:

    I have that nudibranch problem on my monti 6mnth ago, come across RC forum about nudibranch eating wrasse, quickly buy the wrasse and the problem solve but I lost my cleaner shrimp. Guess that the price you have to pay to protect your price assest. :whistle

    Bro, I thing you should consider the wrasse ..............it will do the work for you :fear:

    How much a 2nd chiller cost?

    Bro, I have a almost 2 years old SUNSUN chiller, it 1/2 hp and use to cool my 4ft tank. Can sell you dirt cheap, still good working condition but you need to top-up gas as it running low. ;)

    Pm me your offer if you interested otherwise it will be my standby chiller.
