  5. Thanks bro....ya can save alot of space and add more gems to the empty space... like to c those cave scaping...looks natural...how is your scrubber going? any update. Rgds
  6. Not really that nice lah bro..just a simple Diy only and need some hard work though... intend to do so but need to test first if its works...
  7. Ya acrylic make it look simple and for the price wise it is about the same as fibre though as i can make use of my mock up scrubber as a mould....for mine now im going to make use of my return pump 3000l/h to supply to my scrubber and use the valve to control the require flow needed for the scrubber...no need to use additional pump....and the return from the scrubber will flow back to the main tank.... Rgds
  8. Hehehe...so left the basket only....the longan alleaten already ah....just kidding...
  9. By the way...what kind of material are u using...if like that can have some please.... Rgds
  10. Well infact intend to...but dont know weather can proceed or not...it is hardwork though and i like to Diy things, this is just a mock up and if its work will off course will change the outlook and im intend to use other material instead of acrylic...maybe fibre...anyway will have to test if it works... Thanks bro....
  11. Did some Diy on the scrubber for my tank..not very good outlook though and have yet to test as im still searching for the screen...and will run it while my tank is still in the cycling process.
  12. Wah....clearing space for upgrading...thats good. keep posted...Ups for ur sale then....worst case use ur 4ft tank then...the bigger the better...
  13. Hi S.M Need to ask some question...if the distance between the light and the scrubber is about 3 inch will it work and what is the acceptable wattage for the scrubber and what if the wattage is lower than what it actually need, will it w2orks too.
  14. Hahaha..thinking of upgrading dont need to upgrade to 2 ft cuz it makes not much different with ur 1.5ft...straight away go for 3ft will be better... Rgds
  15. dont waoit long 2..faster2 upgrade...
  16. its ok you can spray as much as you can but the only thing to take note is that every time when you happen to take out the screw or do some adjustment, you need to apply the spray again. dont need to thick and two layer will do..and try to maintain and add a layer every six mth. Rgds
  17. Noted that..but will stick to the initial set-up though as i've already construct and cut-out the acrylic to house the scrubber. Will post of the progress once its done..hopefully its work Rgds
  18. Stainless still are not really pure...what you can do is after you change your new hinges screw, u can try to apply some clear lacquer spray on it. Been using it for my out door project to cover the screw and nut from getting rust. Just my 2 cents... Rgds
  19. Hi SM, I intend to Diy my own scrubber for my L24xW12xH18 tank about 23gl. Correct me if im wrong! My screen size that i will be using will be 5" X 5". The flow will be 5" = 175gph about 700L/H. Screen will be light up on both side. Pls advice regards to my set-up for the scrubber. As my tank is still in the cycle period...can i introduce it during the cycling period or should i wait till the cycle period is over and done with all the stocks in my tank. Rgds
