u hantam only.....teco RA680 is not a 1h/p. its only around 1/2hp and can support up to 1200/L.
the one that is 2k is TW6, which is the newer model. same configuration except for the controller.
btw, im using one...........
can say its a good and reliable chiller!!

cost me abt $12. (near my workplace, u know lah..)

Careful of tang, veri prone to spots.

Still can remember the tang swimming ard so active.
but just won't eat.
most likely to be stress.....my PBT also had this problem.

its hard for arranging corals if you stack the rocks that way.....u need more LR if u have space.....

if u have budget contrain......PL tubes will also do fine....

the suitable casing should be 5.5" wide and 3.5" height.
but i see some reefers prefer it bare.........

Is there such thing a actinic MH bulb available that can fix into this MH? What your selling price?
actinic....?? u can actually use 17kk or 20kk bulbs which is bluer.....
im using one rite now.....17kk.....radium look...

i never come across any FL lights sets that dont come with a reflector -
interested in setting up a MH lighting for my 2ft as well.. can help me? where to get the lighting and wat is teh total cost?

the MH set cost is only $100. include misc @ $20-30. that all u should spend....but, u need to find a suitable casing to mount.
Unless u want to have it bare.....
this will not include the bulb...........

buy an existing housing and replace the internals?
buy a used or new housing......to save cost, look for a used ones.....
get the casing, replace the internal.....

use aluminium FL casing.......wont rust for sure
even the ballast is hidden. -
just a suggestion......
if u mount on a aluminum holder and the hassle of getting a suitable reflector, i rather mount it at a normal FL housing....
reflector included and eballast are hidden....
and they look cool..... -
lolx.. rescaping my unlce tank just to get the two tower effect cause me serious backache
is the trend now having twin towers?
since there is no rules, drain all the water out, catch the fishes.....
