  6. check out the bubbles at the bottom body section ..all those piping are 100% acrylic..include the water outlet elbow & water inlet elbow...one word...CHIO!!!! love it man.. pls note that the joint between the body & base oso is welded..& it is applied to the water outlet & inlet joint too!!!

  10. sorry bros ...got problems in posting the pix...can u guys tell me what wrong? my file size is rather small ...bout 200kb only
  11. recently i just received my long waited 4ft tall twin beckett skimmer with made by Ocean Werx. it is power by twin md55 or single mx100..but for the time being only one resun md55. the body is devided by 3 section, collection cup, center & bottom. body size is diameter 8". it rated can handled up to 4200liter/1100gals !!! (if both nozzle fired). the quality of work is top class. i like it so much coz all is 80% made from clear acrylic so i can see all bubbles in action. what i like best is that ocean werx has includes the acrylic/pvc welding at various areas to reinforce the structure furture so i can has good sleep every nite w/out worry bout the leakage. all the pvc parts also are polish finishing & made in USA!!!. ok, pix can speak a thousand words...so enjoy!
  12. hi robin, the one on the left is power by rio20hf (arrowed) & right is power by US made pump SEN900 (used power his aquaC ). i feel the US pump is more intense than the rio20hf. overall it is well made. i m impressed. keep it up. best of all it is v efficient (only 100W) for twin rio20hf & it is not really hot compare to resun md55..
  13. i weird things happen is that the old branches of my ferns turn white & transparent the ndie off. but new dark green branches still sticking out slowly . seem to be the old folk cant tolearate my water parameter but the generation seem to adapt new condition & hopefully will thrive v soon. still waiting the macros to acclimate.
  14. can i know how much diameter 100mm & 150mm with length 1meter acrylic pipe cost? try to calculate my budget.
  15. good luck bro. this fish has bad record in survival. but still there reefer manage to keep alive it kind of choosy in its food. try more on live food. dun let other fish bully it while acclimating, if not definitely wont b eating. generally butterflies is harder to keep good luck.
  16. so type of caulerpa is dead & which is survive? so the survive marcos will it turning white?
  17. u should get it in malaysia for only RM700 neg. anyway my fave fish would be the queen angels & vlamingi tang but too bad v hard to find & need v big tank to keep it
  18. from observatins, we should introduce 1. butterflies/ MI/AT 2. tang 3 angel 4. trigger then will b fine
  19. tang need lots of space to swim, a min 4' tank to keep them happy if u really want, i recommend more "tame" tang like naso family fish. it wont fight so much (must b the mini size of couse) good luck
  20. but i ve change to more power light t8 6500k my fern still turning to white....y? is it my light is not powerful enuf? or is it my tank FOWLR so not much nutrien for the macroalgae? or my temp is too high (32deg celcius)?
  21. anyone thought of sharing same refigium, chiller, skimmer calcium reactor & etc between the FOWLR & reef tank i would like to hv standard 4' FOWLR & 3' reef tank & share all the filter system. i guess maybe it is hard to maintain the NO3 in the system....except if i really hv damn good powerful skimmer. but too powerful it might drain out all my tank nutrien especially in the reef tank pls all noble reef here gif some advices
