My coral keep on dying after bought within 3 weeks. Tested Po4, MG , Ca , No3 , NO2, etc etc. Now i zoom into NO3 part first, Using used Sera NO3, result between 5 to 10 mg/L Someone said Salifert very good. I don't believe, the result should + - 5 to 10 the most. After a few mths , i decided to buy a try, damm expensive, WOW, above 100 mg/L (100ppm) Today result for NO3 Sera = still between 5 to 10 mg/L Salifert = more than 100 Mg/L :eek: Does anyone know which brand gave more accuary? Does anyone know any other brand gave better result?

I think penetrate deep is mesure by lumen /lumin because i went to this website to see the mH light lumin found that higher kevin will cause lumen drop too. hi, i not using for marine tank and not using this type of light for fishes. I just want to know, the light and depth of water. Is measure by nums of watts or lumens? Is it Watts is same, is it can shine same depth? if measure by lumens, then what is the lumens for MH 150W?

Due to my fish tank depth is more then 2ft I was concent abt the light power I have 2 questions: 1) if my energy saving light said 28w=120w and IF my MH is 120W(not 150w just for example) Does it mean it can shine abt the same depth? 2) forget what i want to ask, will be back, thanks

My top part, center support the tank crack into 2 piece. my tank is 5ft long. hope understand what i said. normally 3ft above got center glass on top that support the tank. now the glass break into 2. i heard the whole tank will not hold and break. i had drain out 3/4 of water. Question: Can it be repair? example: replace the top part and glue back. if yes, any place can ask them to come down repair?

i had 4ft MH , suddenly both MH blubs didn't light up. The center is blue tube, still ok. I try change one of the MH blub, still not working. Normally, what wrong is it? Repair, around how much? where? (mine is weipro MH fixture) or buy another 2nd hand will do?

Resun CL650 cut in and out fast. running abt 10 min, rest 15 min Teco run 25 to 30 min but rest 30 to 50 min ( depend light on/off) teco rest longer because only 1 canister pump. That all. (from canister pump flow to chiller then to main tank. for Marine tank, there are skimmer pump, chiller pump, and Sump to tank pump. got a bit pressure, bills getting higher

i have 3x150W MH (total) 2x150W go to fresh water, 5hrs 1x150W go to marine tank, 6 hrs 2 chiller, = Resun CL650 and Teco 10 Resun Cl650 go to marine , 180L Teco CL 10 , go to Freshwater tank, 340 L my bills now is abt S$190 per mths i don't know is it cause by teco 10, because teco is cooling 340L of my tank. is it under power? cause chiller run longer hrs? teco 10 is for 200L to 500L. by right no problem. it run ave 25 min to cut out. too long?

i put in the sump, whereby put infront of the pump that going back to main tank. Confirm all water must passby before going back to main tank. But find that need to change every 2 week or else alage start back slowly on 3rd week
