In Spore how to retire, think still got to work part-time after retirement age oso. When kids grow up, they have their own family to take care oso. Dun wan to be a burden to them. Got to work a bit to maintain the living standard oso. Oso, if stay at home too long, will become senile. So better find a part-time job to do. However, if i strike toto($$$$$$$), haha, i will resign my present job and go to the zoo and sweep elephant poo and keep smiling to myself (animals are the most truest in this planet, sick of all the people politics at work) . For damsel, jus use a coke PET bottle, cut into 2 near to the top about 5cm. Put some food inside the bottle, invert the top part and push tightly inwards. Sink the bottle into the tank and wait. They can get in but cant get out. Tried it b4 and it works.

Thanks bros for the replies. My team mate have come out with some ideas. Its basically a dept against dept competition. Jus a few person per team to let them work together and no specific rules so long as it gives them a chance to work together and produce some things to compete e.g t-shirt design comp. etc. Thanks a lot for the replies again.,

The best is to save for a rainey day. Sometimes its not that siblings or friends not willing to help, they too have their families to feed. So the best solution is to spend wisely, save up and when it rains, at least got some shelter to shield from the rain. Loans, credit cards etc would make u worse off than better off.

Currently have 2x 2ft. 1 have a mantis. The other have 1 trigger, 1 marron clown and 1 chromis. All living peacefully. Initially trigger tried to bully clown but then clown attacked back so now they live peacefully liao. Each minding their own business except feeding time... they try to prevent each other from eating.

I am keeping a 2ft bought off the shelf, just go to glass factory and buy 2pcs of custom cut glass(6mm) for the ios, buy a tube of silicon and viola... a "custom" made 2ft tank. Cost me only = 2ft tank(6mm) $15, 2pc glass $9. Can buy small tank and cut the ios glass urself at any glass factory. If u staying in the north, i can provide the address of the factory. Running an air stone skimmer, 2 dc fans(temp around 27d), have a trigger, maroon clown and a chromis inside. Intend to make another one for my mantis whom is staying inside another 2ft but without ios. If wan we go buy together and can diy together. cheers

Its true. Been monitoring it for the past one year. Most of the time i drive expressway. City very seldom. Did realise tat if i travel more on city or estate roads, FC not as good oso. My city+expressway drives at least can give me 460-480km average before light comes out. If mostly city roads, then 400-460km. Think its the driving habit too. In the first few gears, I try to maintain less than 2500rpm. U step, when near to 2500, let go a bit, then step again. It will shift the gear. According to wat u mentioned, 400 a bit low. I get 520km if i pump to the brim. Maybe can get ur O2 sensor checked. I met this guy at a workshop, his full tank gave him 360km only. Some more he fixed a lot of gadgets to save fuel. So he brought it in to check his sensor as he suspects tat it is causing more fuel intake. Maybe bring to komoco and check. Cheers

I am driving matrix 1.6A. Consumption around 10-11Km/Lt. Feel tat its already not bad for a car with unladen weight more than 1000kg. U buy cheap car, pay more for petrol. U buy expensive car, u pay lesser for petrol. It works out the same. The only diff is the power. Only fixed a cold air intake. Din go into other "fuel economy gadgets" as I feel tat its not worth it. Jus for bros out there who wans some reference, with my tank topped to the brim, I can go 520km, almost reaching the fuel top up light lights up. if jus top full, gets around 480km. Performance wise, not as good as jap car definitely. My friend driving Wish, he says its good. Powerful engine and he got around 13km/Lt of petrol. Matrix can use 95 petrol, if i pump in s'pore, i use 95. If i go jb, i pump 98. Not much diff whether using 95 or 98. But tried 92 once.... my advice, dun use it. No power and can feel engine straining and vibrating. In the long run might damage engine.(in marine engine industry, so very sensitive to strange noise or vibration from engines) Mechanic i went to advised me not to waste my $$ on 98 or v-power... dun let my $$ come out of my exhaust If gonna scrape car soon, then use 92. Jus my 2cents worth. Hope bros wont mind me adding to the thread....
