I will probably switch to tropical fish breeds which are less taxing and won't require chiller or whatsoever... unlike tangya cichlids... they are dropping dead like flies when i pulled the chiller plug... even my prized alpha male foai lost all its colours without chiller Can't run away from the hobby cause my tank is a wall feature... remember? Hehe... Probably be getting just one albino giant gourami... some branches and stuff like this... I'm not an arowana fan though...

Good working Pac Coo Chiller Up for Sale... Kena "aeroplane" by last buyer... ask me keep aside for him for 1 month so he can save $$ but went AWOL.... Anyway, the Chiller is presently with Derek (Pac Coo) guy coz I brought it for its annual servicing... decided to let go while the chiller was still with Derek.... coz my wife is pregnant and I'm giving up fish hobby.... Please dun get me wrong.... and read the thread carefully... I'm not against the student population per say... I was once a student too.. dun forget... I'm only frustrated when people use "I'm a student" as an excuse to ask for "ridiculous" discount or stall payment... These are the people that really mars the reputation of the good student population here in this club... I met a few good ones here and know them personally too... no doubt about that... To those f*****, my advice is dun ask people to hold sales for u or agree to purchases when you know jolly well you can't fork out the money on hand during collection... Its basic etiquette... Same thing, You dun walk into a restaurant, see the menu, order some food and when the food is delivered, you say "Can I pay $5 instead rather than $80" and then claim the reason to be that you are a student and dun earn a salary... Thanks for the numerous response... the PacCoo is now with Derek (PacCoo Technician)... I am willing to let go at a low dirt price of $600... This is the best I can go... no more lower... Considered I bought it at around $1700 and its only one and a half year old and recently serviced... ITS GOOD AS NEW! Serious buyer do leave me your contact through pm and I will contact you... For those who are keen, Derek now has a new cover (smaller and more compact).... for a small fee (negotiation between you and Derek), you can ask Derek to take out all my components and put it into the new cover (Do not forget most of my components are recently replaced so its as good as new).... $600 for a 0.75HP chiller... I doubt you can get it elsewhere liao... I'm doing this becoz I'm gonna be a father and doubt I have anymore time for serious hihg-techie hobby... haha... I'm converting my tank to probably keeping one giant gourami or something like that... ultra low maintenance fish.. This low offer is for the benefit of the marine community since I'm with SRC with for a long time... Just brought it for check up, servicing and refrigant refilled... (I believe in maintaining chillers on a regular basis juz like my air-con so u can be ensured of its longevity... ) Only a year old... Bought at $1700.... Selling at $900... Converted to FW liao... FW damsels... I presume I can acclimatised the seals to Freshwater too? Can anyone advise? Personally, I think it is possible and would like to give it a go.... Actually, I guess I am really fortunate enough to actually step inside a polar bear enclosure, seal enclosure before...... being where I was from... believe me, the smell is unbearable... I believe your living room will stink of fish, salt water and seal poop... Actually, I need two seals myself... cause I'm trying to get rid of two damsels in my tank... thought maybe the seals may come in useful this way.. So if you got some contact, do let me know...
