Thinking of decomming the tank. Its quite a hard decision for me, since i put in so much effort into the tank. At least for the next year or so, will be busy at work, not much time to handle so many things at hand. 3x1.5x2 Partition Tank Set, DIY. Its of rather decent make. Those who have seen it will know. got a few LS inside, and a few corals. some of them not doing particularly well. But those that are doing well have been with me at least 3 years. Corals and LR will go first, followed by LS, den equipment. Hopefully able to clear the set asap. Snr reefers or those whom i have dealt with will have priority. at least i know my babies will be in good hands. Some stuff i have: 1. Tank Set 3x1.5x2 + 2x1x1.2 Sump. 2. Artica 1/10 (i think its 1/10) chiller 3. 4x3ft T5 HO retrofit. 4. AS250 Macro skimmer, working well. (whoever says it underpowers a 300L tank, come talk to me) 5. Resun FR. 6. Some corals, for the latest few pictures can look at my tank thread. 7. Fishes. got BT, bannerfish, PT, PBT, 1 perc, 1 severely overweight purple dottyback, 2 cleaner shrimps, etc. 8. bout 30kg of rocks. well seasoned, no rubbish things found anywhere. excellent shaped too, well encrusted. 9. a lot of other random stuff. will post more when i consolidate. usually shrimps are strong and fast enough to escape from almost everything, except for certain fish eating shrimps. for corals to be consuming them, it has to mean that the shrimp is already on the verge of death, and its slow and weak, hence the brain is able to consume it. the open brain takes bout 4-5 min to fully swallow the fella i guess? much more den enough time for them to escape. just a random thought: how is e open brain gonna digest the hard exoskeleton of the shrimp.. hmmm.

i just got 2 vietnam cultured seahorses today. they are not reacting to brine that i fed them just now, but before i got them, they were already feeding on mysis. but the thing is that the mysis are still rather big for their mouths, so i am worried that they might not be able to eat enough. any suggestions as to how to get them to eat, in the event that they still do not eat?

was a very very good boy yesterday. went PR farmway, but controlled myself not to get anything, till my tank is back in shape. some updates: most corals are opening up well again, after some massive water change, and after the rescape. seems like it was a good idea to rescape. bubble. was super stressed for nearly a month. now:
