cool gadget not only cut off MH, also cutoff any power head or in sump pump that generate most heat from your tank since it has two plugs out let. thus Reefing with peace of mind cheers

what about 2x250W?
I hv not try with 250W, but sure work with 2x150W. It is just plug n play. no additional fixing problem.

Let go this temp controller for MH ( not the chiller type, it can stand 2x150W ). $150 nett
This gadget is to prevent your tank been overheated by MH in case chiller or chiller pump break down with MH still on. i.e. when chiller or main pump failured, the temp controller will cut off the MH with pre set temperature.
My friend have disaster before when his chiller pump down but MH still on. tank temp rise up rapidly from 25 to 40 with 30 mins. his entired tank become cooked seafood, total 5K investment of LS all gone into drain after he came back from hawker centre
.I myself also experience once when chiller break down, but lucky MH was cut off by controller when tank temp above 29.
My advice is worth for small investment to protect your expensive fishes and corals
