    I.M.O, equipments need not be all high end. As long as the right attitude to learn and dedicated to this hobby, then I will say even the China brand equipments will also last the corals and L.S in the tank for many more years to come. Its like wat u pointed out, passions, attitude, patient and determination for it. :rolleyes: Ur statements also accounts to every reefers to be responsible to the L.S and corals tat we are keeping in our tanks. Tat's why its good to see u coming out to share ur experiences and knowledges amonst the reefers here. :bow: well, wat are we waiting for rogerttt, more goody pics... :lol:

    Sean, you are right. have received many PMs regarding related topic after posted my thread. along basic and simple guideline, one thing I always mentioned is there are no thumbs of rule for what is right or wrong in success, because all depends on individual setup and expectation. but important is the software which is the hardest part to equipped.     Hi Sean, in fact quite relactant for me to post tank thread after 2 yrs of reefeing. mine is really peanut compared to those inspiration sps and high end equipment reefer. But something changed my mind is, I think is time to share my opinion to many new comer who go into this beautiful hobbies. As I notice, even you are financial sound, but you also must have the right attitute, patient, passion and determinition if you indent pick up this hobby. you must also hold responsibility to every single LS that your are keeping. through sample advice mihght help our new refeer not only spending money wisely but also help to safe our panet LS and environment. don't you agree? :rolleyes:

    Thanks Sunny/Roger....

    I guess i'm using too low power pump to drive my Po4-FR, only some parts of the beads moving... i find my PO4 a little high...

    Time to upgrade liao. Maybe need to get a bigger FR.

    Pump should not too high while beads should only " dancing" on the surface will be ok. for me just Tee off from chiller pump with control valve. so that saved one pump and space.

    1. Main tank : 4'x 2'x 1.5' BB

    2. Sump T 3'x1.5'x1.5' + 2'x2'x1.5' refugium T.

    3. Return pump : AB6000 + E1262

    4. Powerhead : 1x Seio 1100 + 1 x Seio 820

    4. Skimmer : 32" RM Beckett

    5. MH : DIY 2x150W 14K + 4x Actinic ATI

    6. Chiller : 1/2 Resun500

    7. FR1000 rowa + Active Carbo

    8. Filter media ~100 kg tonga + fiji mixed LR

    Husbandry:

    SG: 1.022. TM + CL mixed, + NSW 20% weekly.

    PH: 8.3

    KH: 10

    Ca: 420

    Mg: 1100

    NO3: <20

    PO4: <0.03

    Temp: 26~27

    ORP: 350

    Hi bro arg thks for kind input. however is difficulty to look for more exotic wrasse in Singapore. I mean for Fairy wrasse collection. There are still many beautiful species but never seen in Singapore before.

    Ever purchased some super rare species by couriered but can't make it. Thinking one day fly to Hong Kong to bring back some. :thanks:

    Thks for comments. The Cirrhilabrus family ( fairy) wrasses IMO are less aggresive compared to others family wrasse such as Poctotaenis ( six lines), Thalassoma ( moon wrasse ) or Pavanidus ( Disappering wrasse ). nor Cori or leapard family that Im fancy at. However many times also depends on individual and luck of LS you are buying.

    Back again for more pictures. Thanks all bros for viewing and comments. Happy NY bro Winger24 :rolleyes: For those who saw my tank b4, realized that setup are simple and many DIY, no high tech equipments. , no artificial stuff. For me like to look as nature as possible, . even all power head and cable are hidden. :rolleyes:
