This baby has been with me for about 2 years, bought from Bioplast Engineering, the planted tank and chiller specialist shop in Upp Boon Keng. It comes with a external temp controller. I set my ambient at 26 and diff at 1, so it kicks in at 27, cools down to 25 then shuts off. It takes about 1.5hrs max to cool down 2 degrees. Kicks in about every 5-6 hours. Very solid performance, just serviced last dec, fan replaced. viewing at toapayoh.
