  1. Selling tank at $80 it's a 10 mm thick glass tank. dimensions LxBxH - 3 ft x 20" (1.7ft)x 2 ft it's a 2 ft tank with a 1 ft overflow at the right. Below is the attached picture.

  11. oh ok.. clown loaches not so hardy right? compare to puffer... but then it's not as fierce as freshwater puffer.. i dun think my friend has any canister...
  12. hello lau jiaos, my friend got problem with his freshwater tank.. need some advice... His tank is infested with snails... he bought one, then now is like got hundred... any natural predators? or any sure proof way can reduce the snails population?

  14. hey, i was thinking if there's less stuff in that canister for the bacteria to establish, then the amount of nitrates converted will be slowed and little? Do you guys think it's possible?

  16. hey, i gg to downgrade current 3 ft tank to 2 ft tank with sump.. how to transfer the livestocks? Tank haven come yet so do i have to transfer it to another spare tank to remove the 3 ft tank.. So anyone can advise on what to do? Do i transfer the water and sand too?

  21. hey i went for my maiden dive today... damn sad case sia... cannot see anything one... no wonder they say singapore water good training grounds... saw only 3 or 4 corals... after everything i got very slight headache.. why huh?? normal a not? instructor say maybe i equalise unbalance... dun think it's my mask too tight...

  23. ok.. interesting.. how does it consider to be oxygen rich area and low oxygen area? from what i understand, water flowing into the canister is oxygen rich, how come water to sump not meh?
  24. can someone explain to me the above? say if there's carbon, ceramic rings, sponge and bioballs in the canister... how does it differ from a sump? i do see pple their sump also put ceramic rings, bioballs too ...
