today is like day 2 of my tank only... nothing much.... juz wanna the experts see... and advice.... the light thing is temp there only.... i noe i abit mafan.... but i got no where else to turn to!!!!

wads a canister.... heehee... got irc channel for this forum thingie or not... heehee...

btw.... activated carbon thingies....is there difference like... one kind specially for tropical tank... another for marine.... where is this pet place???

yah.... she say i should get one.... she also wanted to sell me this german skimmer at $75... any reccomendations where to get LR and skimmers... im not going back there again.....

so.... still the big question.... is a filter necessary???

btw.... juz wanna add..... did not managed to get the stuff i wanted to get.... instead with the lady's advice... i am running my filter now... some top filter that came as a set with my tank... also running a small internal filter at same time... waters kinda cloudy now.... result of the dirt frm the sand... i assume???

okie... just went s#@ l!#3 to get some LRs and a skimmer tot i can start my tank soon... but the lady boss there... bomb me with so much questions about my tank.... she keep saying im doing this and that wrong.... so wad in the world is the undergravel system.... remembering that i am only using a 2ft tank..... do i need it??? i tot the smaller the tank.... the easier it is to set up.... can see how fustrating it can get already.....

ehz.... heard that for a 2ft tank.... no need filter.... also heard no need skimmer.... i really green at tis..... can help??

er... jia latz liaoz... i made a mistake.... water was already running in my tank.... tot of setting up tropical fish tank at first... then decided to do marine.... then i added sand into the tank last nite.... tis morning wake up... water still cloudy... dun think it will settle soon.... or may i wrong??? help!!!!

okiio.... juz 'sanded' my tank.... and also salted it.... bought those kinda floating hydro-meter thingies.... accurate or not??? so can i add in my LR tomorrow already??? or sunday better???

helloz... new to tis forum.... 1st post... *excited* *excited* ok... wanna ask ahz.... i got a 2ft tank.... read thru forum.... i noe 2ft is not a good size for a newbie like me.... but me intend keep few clown fishes and hopefully anemone... can do or not ahz??? 2ft tank.... can keep anemone in first place??? my tank now got the top filter thingie.... besides sand, salt, powerhead... wad else i need???
