Consideration of making way for Lights

Hi all,

would need kind advice.

My 175 Gallon tank is currently running on T5 Lights (Blue and White) with Auto timer System.

I was thinking of switching it to LEDs.

Correct me if I am wrong.... LEDs in this case is not as bulky, not as hot and not as electricity consuming ???

If so.... who are the recommended Specialists that can offer their friendly and good service plus $$$$ pricing ?

It would be nice if the pricing is 'friendly' too cos I am not working at the moment.

Mine is mainly a Live Rocks and Live Stock Tank. The only Coral is Leather (I guess). I am not really a Coral Person.

Kindly offer your valuable pointers and recommendations.

Thank YOu to all.

GUan

Generally, these are the benefits of using LED.

In terms of saving $$, getting from pasa malam should be of you good value. Just have to keep you eyes open.

Cheers,

Btw, if you do buy led from pasar malam, just google what you bought or search this forum, I'm sure you will find instructions for setup. Imho most systems quite easy to setup.
